MONOCLE magazine (UK) ranks Leuven (BE) as 2nd best small city worldwide in their 'FORECAST 2021' issue. The balance between opportunities for rich cultural experiences on doorsteps and the all-important space to breathe make it a valuable place to work and live. Isabelle was commissioned to create visual content for a photo-lead story on Leuven as 2nd best small city.
